Yes, of course! Your accommodation at Reper works like any other accommodation in this respect. You can benefit from housing subsidies (APL, etc.) if you are entitled to them.

Once everything is clear to you, we can show you the house if you wish. We will ask you for some information and proof of income.

All rooms at Reper are fully equipped, decorated and have their own bathroom and toilet. They all have a hotel quality bed, linen, desk and storage space. The L rooms are more spacious.
The studios offer even more space with a more comfortable bathroom and a kitchenette. The studios can be occupied by one or two people (they are the only accommodation that can accommodate couples).

At Reper we rent furnished accommodation, which excludes tourist or "short-term" rentals. The lease you sign is for one year and is renewable. This implies that the house becomes your home: you can receive your mail there and declare yourself as your main residence.
