1. What do we offer?

With us your rent is all inclusive to make your life as easy as possible. You have a global rent that includes all the main costs you may have regarding your accommodation.

Our wish is to offer you a new living experience through our coliving accommodation offer. We offer an enhanced coliving experience in every way, the communal spaces are exceptional and offer great living comfort, coupled with the various services that are included; you will only have to enjoy the community of the house while fully retaining your privacy whenever you wish in your private space.

2. The spaces

Coliving is in essence about sharing spacious and warm common spaces. This is what allows us to offer you large, fully equipped, super-friendly spaces. Here are some examples of what you will find at Reper:

A large living/dining room to share moments with your roommates but also to take advantage of the light that floods the house to relax or work for example!

A fully fitted and equipped kitchen (including pots and pans), sized so that you can all enjoy it together!

A cinema room to watch your favourite films and share them with others, but also to play with your flatmates as it is equipped with a games console.

A fully equipped gym! For those who like running or cycling, the banks of the Marne and the Bois de Vincennes are only a few minutes away from the house!

For your convenience, you will have access to a laundry room (with washing machines and dryers) as well as a storage room so as not to clutter your private space.

Finally, for maximum cohesion in a shared apartment, it is essential that each resident has their own private space . This is why at Reper we emphasise the quality of private spaces as much as the common spaces.

We have three categories of rooms depending on the level of comfort but all our rooms have their own bathroom and toilet. All our rooms are furnished, equipped and decorated. Just bring your suitcase... and that's it!
