A privacy policy is the contract that describes how Reper holds, processes, publishes and deletes the data submitted by its clients.

A privacy policy should contain clauses that describe how personal information is stored, how it may be used, to whom it may be disclosed, what safeguards are in place.

According to the General Data Protection Regulation, effective from May 2018, privacy policies must be concise, clearly worded and transparent in their disclosure of any collection, processing, storage or transfer of personal data1.

The website"www.reper-coliving.com"(hereinafter the "Website") is offered by Reper, a simplified joint stock company with a single shareholder, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number Paris B 907 609 986, whose registered office is located in Paris, France, and whose intra-community VAT number is FR06907609986.

The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you of the manner in which Reper collects, uses and discloses your personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data" or "Data") and of the commitments and practical measures taken by Reper to ensure that your Data is respected when you interact with it via the Website, by filling in online forms or by corresponding by e-mail.

For what purposes and for how long does Reper keep your Data?

Prospecting: in order to build up a file of customers and prospects when they fill in a contact form. The Data is kept for the entire duration of the commercial relationship with a maximum of 3 years.

Customer Service: in order to respond to your requests for information. This Data is kept for the time necessary to process your request for information and is deleted once the request has been processed.

Newsletter & other marketing activities: for the purpose of sending newsletters, commercial requests and promotional messages. The Data is kept for 3 years from your last contact unless you have objected to the sending of such commercial communications. This data requires consent.

Analytics & Traffic Statistics: in order to carry out statistical analyses of consumption and traffic on the Website. Under the GDPR, a visitor who is inactive for 3 years (36 months) must be deleted or put on an opt-out list. Every 13 months, consent must be sought again for the processing of cookies.

Who are the recipients of the data collected?

Your Personal Data is stored on Amazon Web Services' server in Ireland.

Your Personal Data will only be used by:


Reper's internal departments for its own use such as:
- Reper's marketing department
- Reper's administration manager
- The database manager etc.

NOOSS:
In this context NOOSS (web development agency) may access, store and process Personal Data to provide services on behalf of Reper. However, NOOSS is not authorised by Reper to use your Data for any purpose other than to provide services that are the subject of a contract between Reper and NOOSS.
Reper undertakes to ensure that the partners selected present sufficient guarantees to meet the requirements of the legislation in force in terms of Data protection.
Furthermore, under no circumstances does Reper assign, transfer or share Data with third parties whose purpose is the acquisition and sending of commercial solicitations without your express consent / agreement.

What are your rights?

In accordance with the regulations, you have:

- a right to information: this is precisely why we have drawn up this policy. This right is provided for in articles 13 and 14 of the RGPD.
- a right of access: you have the right to access all your Personal Data at any time, in accordance with Article 15 of the RGPD;
