Newsletter & other marketing activities: for the purpose of sending newsletters, commercial requests and promotional messages. The Data is kept for 3 years from your last contact unless you have objected to the sending of such commercial communications. This data requires consent.
Analytics & Traffic Statistics: in order to carry out statistical analyses of consumption and traffic on the Website. Under the GDPR, a visitor who is inactive for 3 years (36 months) must be deleted or put on an opt-out list. Every 13 months, consent must be sought again for the processing of cookies.

In this context NOOSS (web development agency) may access, store and process Personal Data to provide services on behalf of Reper. However, NOOSS is not authorised by Reper to use your Data for any purpose other than to provide services that are the subject of a contract between Reper and NOOSS.
Reper undertakes to ensure that the partners selected present sufficient guarantees to meet the requirements of the legislation in force in terms of Data protection.
Furthermore, under no circumstances does Reper assign, transfer or share Data with third parties whose purpose is the acquisition and sending of commercial solicitations without your express consent / agreement.
