The house

This magnificent millstone mansion has belonged to the same family for over a century.

We wanted to preserve as much as possible the exceptional character of this house and to respect its history by providing all the comfort necessary for its transformation.

The communal spaces are designed to encourage sharing and great experiences between housemates. We have kept the warmth that makes this house so charming and we have added wonderful spaces such as a cinema room, a gym and a large laundry room!

The garden will allow you to enjoy the good weather and the long summer evenings.

The house offers 11 fully private areas, each with its own bathroom and toilet for privacy and comfort. We have even provided two studios with their own fully equipped kitchenette.

The location, without concession

Ideally located a few minutes from the city centre of Nogent-sur-Marne, which has everything you could wish for, shops, restaurants and boutiques are only a few minutes away.

Of course you will benefit from the quality of life offered by the city of Nogent-sur-Marne with the banks of the Marne just a few minutes away or the Bois de Vincennes which you can easily cross by bike from the house. The location is perfect and ideally served, at the crossroads of several bus lines, the RER E (7 min walk) and the RER A, not far away either.
